What is Mile10 Technology?

Mile10 technology is a patented industry standard protocol and method to distribute current time information to a collection of timekeeping devices.

How it works

By adding inexpensive wireless communication ability to ordinary timekeeping devices, such as embedded clocks found in household appliances and entertainment equipment, this enables each device to participate in a distributed network. Since these devices may be spread throughout a residential household, corporate building, or industrial setting, they may or may not be within signal range of each other. This type of network is referred to as an Ad-Hoc network. Using Mile10's patented protocol standard any device participating in this network can reliably distribute current-time information to the rest of the clocks in the network. Thus all clocks set themselves.
